Forest Ecology & Bird Walk at Alameda

Jennifer is the founder of the Butler Birder's Club and it's her goal to create a welcoming environment for birders of all abilities to enjoy nature in Butler County. Jennifer is a graduate of Audubon's Master Birder Program. She also volunteers as a raptor caretaker with Audubon's educational raptor program. Find out more at ButlerBirders.Club.

[Naturalist] and Jennifer (Butler Birder's Club) will lead a bird and nature walk through the bike trail road and point out different native plants, trees, and birds that we see.  Afterwards, we’ll discuss the types of native plants and trees that are great to plant at home. Native plant seeds provided to participants. Participants will meet at the Carousel Pavilion. Please bring your own binoculars and water.
