Note: Credit Card payments have a fee of 2.19% on all cards. American Express is not accepted. If you would like to avoid this fee you can stop into the office with cash or check as payment. Thank you.


Inclement Weather/Waterpark Closings

Photos can be emailed to Alamedapark@co.butler.pa.us or please stop into the Park Department and we will take photos for you. Passes will not be issued until photos are received.

Alameda Waterpark may close due to inclement weather. The Waterpark staff will clear the area at the first sound of thunder. If the Waterpark stays closed for 1 hour or more, the Waterpark may remain closed for the remainder of the day. If the Waterpark remains closed, no cash refunds will be issued. Alameda Waterpark and the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department have a NO-REFUND POLICY in effect for all programs, passes, and daily admissions. Alameda Waterpark may close or fail to open if the outdoor temperature is at 70 degrees or below or If attendance drops below 10 patrons. Alameda Waterpark hours may vary due to scheduled special events. Please call the Butler County Parks and Recreation Office for more information.

Policies and Guidelines
*Waterpark Members will receive the Early Entry Advantage at the side gate from 12:00 p.m.-12:15 p.m. Non members will be able to enter the pool area at 12:15pm and the waterpark will remain open until 7:00 p.m., weather permitting. ****Dates/Times are subject to change at any time***
*Alameda Waterpark and The Kid’s Zone Playground areas are tobacco-free areas. No tobacco products may be used within 20 feet of entrances. This also includes the use of any E-Cigarettes.
*The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department has a NO-REFUND POLICY in effect for all programs and for Alameda Waterpark.
*Waterpark Membership Passes may be purchased at the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department in Alameda Park. Passes may not be purchased at the Waterpark.
*Children 2 and under are free with adult admission and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
*Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person age 16 or older.
*The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to refuse admittance.
*All children who are not potty-trained must wear a swim diaper.
*Inflatable rafts, swim tubes, noodles etc. are permitted at the discretion of the Waterpark staff.
*Inflatable arm supports (water wings) are not permitted.
*Swimmers must be dressed in appropriate swimwear.
*Please use gender-appropriate locker rooms with school age children.
*The use of goggles are not permitted on slides or diving well area.
*The diving mask is not permitted to be used in the waterpark area. *Nose plugs and goggles can not be combined and are not permitted either.
*Coolers and outside food or drink are not permitted. Medical coolers with medical supplies are exempted. Please check with cashier for your medical band.
*Adirondack chairs are preferred to be reserved for those patrons that are 16 years of age and older.
*All guests must behave in a family-friendly and courteous manner, and a manner which is safe for themselves and for others. Violations may result in ejection from the Waterpark, without refund. The following is strictly prohibited: Smoking, alcohol, offensive conduct, fighting, unruly behavior, property damage/theft.
*For children 12 years of age and under to swim in the diving well, they must complete the "S" Test to swim or use any item in the diving well. Upon passing they will receive a wristband in which they wear daily while attending the Waterpark. If they lose the wristband it will be an additional $2.00 and is available at the cashier. Please be sure to review the rules for the diving well before swimming.
*The diving well area has its own set of rules and is available upon request.

*There is a $10.00 fee replace any lost waterpark pass.
